Fontaine-l'Evêque is a municipality located in the Belgian province of Hainaut. On January 1st, 2002 Fontaine-l'Evêque had a total population of 16,895 (8,079 males and 8,816 females). The total area is 28.59 km² which gives a population density of 590.94 inhabitants per km².
