Fleur Delacour

She is from France and one of her grandmothers was a veela[?]. She was one of the competitors in the Triwizard Tournament in book 4 of the Harry Potter series; at the end of that book, she told Harry that following her graduation from Beauxbatons Academy of Magic[?] she would be trying to return to England to obtain a job and thereby improve her English skills.

In Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix it is briefly mentioned that Fleur has taken employment in Gringott's Bank[?], and that Bill Weasley is helping her to improve her English.
