Flavivirus Japanese Encephalitis Antigenic Complex

Flavivirus Japanese Encephalitis Antigenic Complex is a genus of the family Flaviviridae.

This complex includes includes West Nile and several other viruses which cause encephalitis. It includes the Alfuy, Cacipacore, Japanese encephalitis, Koutango, Kunjin, Murray Valley encephalitis, St. Louis encephalitis, Rocio, Stratford, Usutu and Yaounde viruses.
