Fideua

Fideuā (from "fideu" Valencian for noodle, pronounced "feeh-deh-wah") is a typical dish of Valencia, Spain. It is a variation of the popular paella dish, originated in the 1960s in the city of Gandia when noodles were put instead of rice, because someone forgot to bring the rice. There are many variations of it with different ingredients, but it is usually made with seafood and fish.
