Femdom, or female dominance, refers to heterosexual BDSM activities where the dominant partner is female, and the submissive partner is male.

A female dominant is often called a dominatrix.

Femdom scenarios are less common than maledom scenarios in BDSM fiction, but can be found in fiction such as Venus in Furs and the works of the artist Sardax[?].
