Fame
Fame is the name of a US movie and its spin-off TV series which were popular during the early 1980s the world over.
The main storyline of both the film and the series was the same: teenagers were followed through their studies at a New York high school for performing arts.

Fame is also the name of a song which was the title track for the series. It was performed by Irene Cara[?], who played the role of Coco Hernandez in the movie.
