Eyeglasses fetishism

Eye glasses fetishism is the name used to describe a fetishistic attraction to people wearing dioptrical eye glasses, or sunglasses, in certain cases, to the glasses themselves.

Although scarcely described as a form of paraphilia, some forms of this attraction indicate that this is the case. Some glasses fetishist simulate wearing very strong glasses by combining contact lenses and glasses of carefully calculated strength - GOC. Some others go overcorrected for years hoping they will need stronger glasses.

A part of the "hard core" glasses fetishists created Eye Scene community on Internet, a large discussion group, with slang words, trade with glasses, very specific literature (short stories) and art (photos and retouched fotos of people wearing strong glasses).
