Endemic

Endemic, a species or phenomenon that occurrs only in a limited area or scope. For instance, a species of fish endemic to a certain lake lives naturally only in that lake and nowhere else.

Alternatively Endemic, belonging or native to, characteristic of, or prevalent in, a particular geography, race, field, area, or environment. For instance, AIDS is said to be endemic in Africa.
