Electromagnetic phenomenon

Electromagnetic phenomena are those caused by the electromagnetic interaction. When in certain frame of reference only the electric part of the electromagnetic field is different than zero, the phenomenon is referred to as an electrical phenomenon. When, on the other hand, it is the magnetic part different than zero the phenomenon is a magnetic one[?].
