Duke of Clarence is a title which has been traditionally awarded to junior members of the English and British royal families.

- George Plantagenet, brother of King Edward IV, 1449-1478
Dukedom of Clarence and St. Andrews (Peerage of Great Britain, 1789)
- Prince William of Great Britain and Ireland, third son of King George III, ascended throne in 1830 as King William IV. (1765-1837)
Dukedom of Clarence and Avondale (Peerage of the United Kingdom, 1890)
- Prince Albert Victor of Wales, eldest son of Albert Edward, Prince of Wales (later King Edward VII) (1864-1892)
