Drupe

A drupe is a fruit in which an outer fleshy part contains a shell with a seed inside. Drupes include:

apple,
almond,
nectarine,
mango, and
all members of the genus Prunus.

A drupelet is one unit of an aggregate fruit which has the structure of a drupe. Bramble fruit is an aggregate of drupelets.
