Donnelly

Donnelly is a comic strip by Daniel C. Boyer that appeared sporadically in 1993 and 1996 in a number of periodicals including The Colorado College Catalyst. It chronicles the lives of several college students. (A single-panel that appeared in the Catalyst raised the possibility that the characters [with the exception of Automatic Simon] attended Colorado College, as Citron says, "Goodbye, CC! Goodbye, cruel CC!"].)

Characters

• Automatic Simon -- a light-blue and black wasp, he typically appears beneath the floorboards beneath the main characters, drinking tequila or surrounded by empty tequila bottles
• Citron -- leather-jacket-wearing, cigar-smoking punk
• Matt -- Citron's farmboy roommate from Nebraska
