Donald Keyhoe
Donald Edward Keyhoe (1897 - 1988) is a former Marine Corps Major with The Pentagon's Naval Aviation Training Division[?]. He is most noted for his writings on Unidentified Flying Objects, which he called "flying saucers".
He is a former director of the National Investigations Committee on Aerial Phenomena (NICAP)[?].
