Disinfopedia

The Disinfopedia is a WikiWiki based on the Wikipedia software. It describes itself as a collaborative project to produce a directory of public relations firms, think tanks, industry-funded organizations and industry-friendly experts that work to influence public opinion and public policy on behalf of corporations, governments and special interests.

Disinfopedia is a project of PR Watch, which is itself a project of the Center for Media and Democracy. It was started on 15 January 2003 and publicly launched on 10 March 2003. The directory launched with approximately 200 articles, but the number of articles doubled within the first two weeks.
