Digital projection systems project a digital video or digital film image for viewing on a screen.
Digital projection technologies:
- high intensity CRT
- LCD light gates
- Texas Instruments' DLP[?] technology
Obsolete electronic projection technologies:
- Eidophor[?] oil-film projectors
The current dominant technology for digital projectors is Texas Instruments' DLP technology.
