Dhyana

Dhyana is one of the eight methods of Yoga according to Yoga-sutra[?]. Dhyana means meditation in Sanskrit.

The other seven methods are Yama, Niyama[?], Asana[?], Pranayama[?], Pratyahara[?], Dharana[?], Samadhi
