Dettingen

Dettingen, a village of Germany in Bavaria, on the River Main, and on the railway between Frankfurt am Main and Aschaffenburg, lies 10 miles northwest of Aschaffenburg. It is now part of the municipality Karlstein[?].

The Battle of Dettingen took place here.
