Debian GNU/Hurd is distribution of GNU operating system with the Hurd,
unlike most other GNU variants that are shipped with Linux.
It has been in development for some considerable time, but the slow development of the Hurd and the lack of any practical advantage in it over Linux or the BSD kernels has discouraged wider adoption.
