DeVry University is a system[1] (http://www.devry.edu/campuses) of Technical and Business schools in the United States and Canada.

History of DeVry

1931, First school opened by Lee DeForest as DeForest Training School in Chicago.
1953, Renamed as DeVry Technical Institute.
1966, Acquired by Bell & Howell.
1968, Renamed as DeVry Institute of Technology.
1987, Merged with Keller Graduate School of Management.
2002, Combined schools renamed as DeVry University.
