Day of the Fight

Day of the Fight is a short subject documentary directed by Stanley Kubrick. It focuses on prize fighter Walter Cartier during the height of his career.

One interesting fact about the documentary is the famous knock-out scene was not filmed by Stanley Kubrick himself, but by his assistant due to Kubrick reloading a negative cartridge into his camera at the time of the blow.
