David Deutsch

David Deutsch (1953-) is a physicist at Oxford University. He pioneered the field of quantum computers, and Taking Children Seriously. He is a proponent of the many-worlds interpretation of quantum mechanics.

He was awarded the Paul Dirac Prize[?] in 1998.
