Demographics As of the census of 2000, there are 543 people, 199 households, and 149 families residing in the village. The population density is 446.1/km² (1,146.4/mi²). There are 207 housing units at an average density of 170.0/km² (437.0/mi²). The racial makeup of the village is 99.26% White, 0.18% African American, 0.00% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 0.55% from two or more races. 0.37% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
