Curtisia

Curtisia dentata, or cape lancewood, is a plant from southern Africa. It was originally included among the Cornaceae, but is now placed in its own family Curtisiaceae. See the BoDD entry (http://bodd.cf.ac.uk/BotDermFolder/BotDermC/CURT).
