Croyland or (modern usage) Crowland is a village in Lincolnshire, England, with two major points of historic interest. One is the unique three-sided bridge which stands at its central point; the other is its ruined medieval abbey, Crowland Abbey. The Croyland Chronicle, a major source for medieval historians, is believed to be the work of one of the monastery's inhabitants.
