Crazy Taxi

Crazy Taxi is a Sega arcade game, which was first released in 1999. In 2000, after the success of the Crazy Taxi arcade machines, Sega released the game on their new console, the Dreamcast. The game was later ported to the Playstation 2, Gamecube, and PC. The aim of the game is to pick up passengers, and transport them to their chosen destination in the shortest possible time. Time bonuses are given for a speedy delivery, and you are tipped for stunts (such as the "Crazy Drift").

There are 4 different drivers, each with their own taxi's and skills. These are:

  • Axel
  • B. D. Joe
  • Gena
  • Gus

The console versions include an unlocakable pedal taxi, a new city and mini-games. It was given an ESRB rating of T (Teen).
