Crazy Climber

Crazy Climber is a coin-operated arcade game produced by Nihon Bussan Co. Ltd.[?] in 1980. It was released by Atari in 1982 for the Atari 2600, as one of four games released as an Atari Fan Club[?] exclusive.

In Crazy Climber you play a daredevil who is attempting to climb to the top of various skyscrapers. There are a number of obstacles and dangers to avoid including: windows that open and close, electric wires, a giant condor, falling steel girders, and a Mad Doctor who throws flowerpots, buckets, and fruit. The game scrolls vertically as you climb higher. Programmer: Alex Leavens[?]

A sequel, Crazy Climber 2, was produced for the arcades in 1988 by Nichibutsu[?].
