Court of First Instance

Court of First Instance is a court of the European Union. It hears employment disputes brought by employees of the EU, and other matters (such as disputes brought by those refused a trade mark by OHIM[?] the EU Trade Mark and designs registry. Appeals are sent to the European Court of Justice.
