Conway is a city located in Walsh County, North Dakota. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 23.

Geography Conway is located at 48°14'2" North, 97°40'29" West (48.233996, -97.674728)1.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.6 km² (0.2 mi²). 0.6 km² (0.2 mi²) of it is land and none of the area is covered with water.
