The Commodore 1570 was a floppy disk drive for the Commodore 64home computer. It was a 5 1/4" disk drive, essentially a smaller, sleeker version of the Commodore 1541. It had an external power supply, and a revised DOS for a data burst-mode for transferring data to Commodore's faster 128 computer.
The 1570 was not as popular as its double-sided sibling, the Commodore 1571.
