Commando is a 1985 violent Hollywood action movie starring Arnold Schwarzenegger and directed by Mark L. Lester[?].

It's about a elite retired commando whose daughter was kidnapped as a hostage to make perform a political assassination for a dictator he deposed. Instead, he escapes in transit and sets out to rescue his daughter with the 12 hour time frame alloted before his daughter is killed.

This film is notable for being the first regular action film starring Schwarzenegger that featured his distinctive sense of humour.
