Columbine (Latin: Aquilegia vulgaris) (German: Akelei) (Swedish: akleja) (Norwegian: akeleie) (Danish: akeleje) (Finnish: lehtoakileija) is a blue flower.


Columbine, Colorado was the site of the Columbine High School massacre.


Columbine was also one of the stock characters played in the Commedia dell'arte.
