CIA cryptonym

A set of cryptonyms seen in declassified CIA documents. There has been much speculation as to the meaning of these.

Each CIA cryptonym in these documents begins with a two-character prefix. The rest is an abitrary dictionary word. Prefixes appear to be organized in some way. For example: 'KU' appears always to refer to a part of the CIA.

LCFLUTTER - truth drugs: sodium amytal[?] (anobarbital), sodium pentothal (thiopental), and seconal[?] (seconbarbital).
ODENVY - FBI - Federal Bureau of Investigation
ODYOKE - FBI department?
PBPRIME - the United States of America
