Chromosome 15q, trisomy

Chromosome 15q, trisomy is the excess of the long arm of chromosome 15. If the copy that came from a different parent than the other two is deleted, the result is Prader-Willi syndrome or Angelman syndrome, depending on which parent's contribution is deleted.
