Catholicos of Armenia

The Catholicos of Armenia is the head bishop of the Armenian Apostolic Church (the plural is "Catholicoi"). That church is one of the Oriental Orthodox churches that separated from the then still united Catholic/Orthodox church in AD 451 as a result of the decisions of the Council of Chalcedon.
