Canchim

Canchim is a breed of cattle. It's origin is Central Brazil and has been derived from the Indian Zebu cattle and the European Charolais cattle that have been introduced to Brazil in the 18th century. Compared to the very productive European cattle, Zebu cattle is better suited for the climate of Brazil.
