Camper Van Beethoven

Camper Van Beethoven was founded in 1982 in Santa Cruz, California of an Alternative music, new wave music, and a punk rock group. Disbanded in 1990 and then they moved to their next band Cracker. Then in 2001, they returned for their next album, Tusk in 2002 of the same tracks and art cover of the Fleetwood Mac album. The group's song "Take the Skinheads Bowling" was used as the title track for the movie Bowling for Columbine.

Members of Camper Van Beethoven collaborated with Eugene Chadbourne[?] on a number of records under the name Camper Van Chadbourne[?].
