Bucyrus is a city located in Adams County, North Dakota. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 26.

Geography Bucyrus is located at 46°3'52" North, 102°47'20" West (46.064452, -102.788761)1.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.9 km² (0.3 mi²). 0.9 km² (0.3 mi²) of it is land and none of the area is covered with water.

Demographics As of the census of 2000, there are 26 people, 14 households, and 7 families residing in the city. The population density is 29.5/km² (75.6/mi²). There are 16 housing units at an average density of 18.2/km² (46.5/mi²). The racial makeup of the city is 100.00% White, 0.00% African American, 0.00% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 0.00% from two or more races. 0.00% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.

There are 14 households out of which 7.1% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 42.9% are married couples living together, 7.1% have a female householder with no husband present, and 42.9% are non-families. 28.6% of all households are made up of individuals and 7.1% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 1.86 and the average family size is 2.25.
