Brunel University

Brunel University is one of the new British universities, having been founded in or around 1966. Originally it was based in Acton on the outskirts of London, but by 1970 it had largely moved to a new site in Uxbridge, Middlesex.

Originally most of the teaching and research at Brunel was based around scientific and technology subjects, although now it has broadened its approach.
