Briarwood is a city located in Cass County, North Dakota. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 78.

Geography Briarwood is located at 46°47'11" North, 96°47'40" West (46.786481, -96.794404)1.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.6 km² (0.2 mi²). 0.6 km² (0.2 mi²) of it is land and none of the area is covered with water.

Demographics As of the census of 2000, there are 78 people, 25 households, and 21 families residing in the city. The population density is 136.9/km² (353.8/mi²). There are 26 housing units at an average density of 45.6/km² (117.9/mi²). The racial makeup of the city is 98.72% White, 0.00% African American, 0.00% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 1.28% from two or more races. 3.85% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.

There are 25 households out of which 56.0% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 76.0% are married couples living together, 0.0% have a female householder with no husband present, and 16.0% are non-families. 12.0% of all households are made up of individuals and 4.0% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 3.12 and the average family size is 3.48.
