Brazilian Football League Teams

The Brazilian Football League is highly regionalised because of the vast size of the country. The structure of the league has changed frequently from year to year as different configurations are experimented with. Many of the most important matches each season are derbies, especially those in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.
