Boxville Township is a township located in Marshall County, Minnesota. As of the 2000 census, the township had a total population of 31.

Geography According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 21.7 km² (8.4 mi²). 21.7 km² (8.4 mi²) of it is land and none of it is covered by water.

Demographics As of the census of 2000, there are 31 people, 17 households, and 12 families residing in the township. The population density is 1.4/km² (3.7/mi²).
