Borneo
Borneo is an island in Southeast Asia. It is divided politically into several regions:
- The Indonesian region of Kalimantan.
- The Malaysian regions of Sabah and Sarawak.
- The independent sultanate of Brunei.
To the west of Borneo are the Malay Peninsula and Sumatra. To the south is Java. To the northeast are the Philippines.
