Boom

Boom is a municipality located in the Belgian province of Antwerp. The municipality only comprises the town of Boom proper. On January 1st, 2000 Boom had a total population of 15,057 (7,309 males and 7,748 females). The total area is 7.42 km² which gives a population density of 2,029.25 inhabitants per km².
