BlueFish

BlueFish is an HTML editor for Linux and different UNIXes.

It is much like FrontPage from Microsoft, but it is not designed to be WYSIWYG. It is a text editor that has helpful features, and is used mainly for creating webpages. Bluefish has extended support for programming dynamic and interactive websites. Bluefish is released under the GPL license.
