Blinky

A fish caught by Bart that has three eyes. Mr. Burns Defends the fish saying that its the next step in evolution. Mr. Burns goes to the Simpsons' house for a meal in order to help his race for governor. Marge serves Blinky for dinner and Mr. Burns spits the fish out and loses the election to Mary Baily.
