Blastoise

Blastiose is a water-type turtle Pokemon who evolves from the starter Pokemon Squirtle. Blastoise evolves from Wartortle[?] at level 36, and may be found or traded in any of the Pokemon games.

Blastoise shares the same strengths and weaknesses as his pre-evolution, but his capabilities and HP are much more developed.
