Blackburn is a town located in Pawnee County, Oklahoma. As of the 2000 census, the town had a total population of 102.

Geography Blackburn is located at 36°22'18" North, 96°35'47" West (36.371655, -96.596497)1.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.8 km² (0.3 mi²). 0.8 km² (0.3 mi²) of it is land and 0.1 km² (0.04 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 6.25% water.

Demographics As of the census of 2000, there are 102 people, 41 households, and 25 families residing in the town. The population density is 131.3/km² (342.2/mi²). There are 59 housing units at an average density of 75.9/km² (197.9/mi²). The racial makeup of the town is 88.24% White, 0.00% African American, 8.82% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 2.94% from two or more races. 0.00% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.

There are 41 households out of which 29.3% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 58.5% are married couples living together, 0.0% have a female householder with no husband present, and 39.0% are non-families. 39.0% of all households are made up of individuals and 24.4% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.49 and the average family size is 3.44.

In the town the population is spread out with 28.4% under the age of 18, 6.9% from 18 to 24, 26.5% from 25 to 44, 20.6% from 45 to 64, and 17.6% who are 65 years of age or older. The median age is 33 years. For every 100 females there are 85.5 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there are 97.3 males.

The median income for a household in the town is $12,000, and the median income for a family is $30,625. Males have a median income of $28,750 versus $5,000 for females. The per capita income for the town is $8,668. 34.7% of the population and 28.6% of families are below the poverty line. Out of the total people living in poverty, 40.9% are under the age of 18 and 38.5% are 65 or older.
