Biotin

Biotin, or vitamin H, C10H16N2O3S (Biotin; Coenzyme R, Biopeiderm), is a B-complex vitamin is important in the catalysis of essential metabolic reactions to synthesize fatty acids, in gluconeogenesis, and to metabolize leucine.
