Beverly Crusher

Beverly Crusher, a character in the fictional Star Trek universe, is the Chief Medical Officer onboard the starship Enterprise D. This character first appeared in the science fiction television series Star Trek: The Next Generation and later appeared in movies based upon this series. She was played by the actress Gates McFadden.

She has a romantic history with Jean-Luc Picard that is occasionally alluded to throughout the series.
