Battle of Yorktown (1862)

The Battle of Yorktown happened when a regiment or two of General George Mclellans troops met a regiment of the Confederates. The Estimated number of casualties was around 320. This would be considered a skirmish because not many people were involved in the fighting. Just about 100 years before this battle, the Battle of Yorktown, 1781, became the last Battle of the Revolutionary war.At the end of this battle however, it seemed that the Union troops managed to pull away with another battle won.
